Getting started
- Choose a breathing pattern or keep Coherent 5-5.
- Select a quick duration or use your preferred default.
- Start the session and follow the steady marker as the breathing curve moves beneath it.
- Voice guidance, background music, and haptics can be changed in Settings.
- Completed sessions appear in Progress and remain on your device.

Audio is not playing
Check the device volume and confirm that Audio Guidance is enabled in the app's Settings. Voice guidance and Background Music have separate controls. If you use headphones or a connected speaker, confirm that iOS is sending audio to the expected device.

Reminders are not appearing
Enable Daily Reminder in the app, then open iOS or iPadOS Settings, choose Notifications, and confirm that notifications are allowed for Breathe with Me. Reminders are scheduled locally and do not require an account or server connection.

Change a breathing pattern
Open Patterns from Home to choose Coherent 5-5, Relaxing 4-7-8, or Box 4-4-4-4. You can also edit the timing of each inhale, hold, and exhale from the pattern controls or Settings.

Progress or history looks incorrect
Progress updates after a completed practice and is stored only on your device. Sessions that are closed early may not count as completed. There is no cloud account or cross-device synchronization.

Privacy and local data
The app does not collect or transmit personal data. Settings and practice history stay inside the app's protected storage. Deleting the app removes this local data; there is no online account to delete.
