Scope

These terms apply to breathe-with-me.app and to the videos, short videos, and posts that Speecon – Andreas Haag publishes under the Breathe with Me name on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (together, "our content").

The Breathe with Me app is obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Downloading and buying the app are additionally governed by the terms of the store you use. How the app handles data is described in our privacy policy.

On Android, full access is a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play, subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy.

For general wellbeing, not medical advice

Our content supports relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment. Practice gently, never force a breath or a hold, and stop if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, or uncomfortable. Please read the health disclaimer before practicing, and ask a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical concern.

Our content and AI

How it is made

We are a small independent studio. Much of the imagery, voice guidance, and music in our videos is created with the help of AI tools, then selected and assembled by us. Videos containing AI-generated material are labelled as AI-generated.

How you may use it

You are welcome to watch our content for personal, non-commercial use and to share it using the sharing features each platform provides. Copying, downloading, re-uploading, editing, or using our content commercially requires our prior permission, unless the law expressly allows it. The rights to our videos, texts, brand, and music remain with us or our licensors.

Third-party platforms and links

When you view our content on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, or follow links to music or app stores, the terms and privacy policies of those services apply. We are not responsible for content that other users post there, such as comments, and we may remove or report comments on our channels that are unlawful, abusive, or spam.

We may change, pause, or remove our content and this website at any time. There is no entitlement to their continued availability.

Liability

Our content is provided free of charge. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an essential obligation whose fulfilment makes proper use possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely, and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Applicable law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.

We may update these terms when our content or services change. The date at the top shows the current version.
